We’ve all been in it. We’ve all had positive experiences as well as some not so great ones. We’ve all sat by the phone waiting for the call and some of us have had to have difficult conversations when things don’t work out.

There can be no doubt that the job market can be tough. It can also be amazing when you find your dream job or when your organization finds a transformative new team member!

In this conversation with Willie Hochman of the Joel Paul Group (now a division of Shepherd Search Group), Willie and I talk about the opportunities and challenges for candidates as well as not-for-profit organizations in the current job market. I challenge Willie to look into his crystal ball and offer his thoughts on what the job market will look like over the next few months and over the next few years.
